Express Uganda Safaris

Express Uganda Safari takes you on short tours of To Murchison Falls National Park or Queen Elizabeth National Park in 2 days. The itinerary is designed for people who wish to go on a Uganda Wildlife Safari yet with very little time under their belts. And because of this Maajabu Uganda Safaris is keen on letting you celebrate the Uganda wildlife Savannah in 2 days with options of either Murchison falls or Queen Elizabeth Parks without missing the most popular attractions here.

Murchison Falls National Park

Day 1: The two days Express Uganda Safari departs Kampala or Entebbe as early as possible for the most beautifully protected area in Uganda: Murchison Falls National Park. We shall have 1-2hours stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary depending on your budget type for a Rhino trekking. After we proceed to Murchison Falls National Park through the Southern Gate, where we quickly rush for the afternoon Boat Cruise on the Nile River for game viewing; this is a paradise for hippos and crocodiles. The Boat Cruise will end with hiking up to the top of the falls letting you enjoy the marvel of the mighty Nile, being forced into a seven meter crevice to thunder 45 meters below in a series of cascades that can be viewed at different points up to the baler’s summit. Day 2: Early in the morning at 7:00am we go on a half-day game safari drive on the northern banks of the Nile, escorted by a game ranger. Wildlife in this part includes the Rothschild Giraffe, elephant, Jackson hartebeest, lions, oribis, waterbucks and a variety of Savannah woodland birds. In the afternoon we exit the Murchison Falls and head back to Kampala or Entebbe for airport transfers. Please, it's important to note that this nature of Safari adventure in Uganda maybe less relaxing and we would only recommend it for people wish to go on a Uganda Safari and do not have much time on their belt.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 1: From Kampala we will depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park. On the way we will pass the Equator Uganda where we stop for pictures and shop for a souvenir. Arrive in Mbarara where we take quick lunch and continue to the southwest and head for the Western Rift Valley to catch up with the afternoon Boat Cruise at Kazinga Channel watching hundreds of hippos, elephants and many migratory bird species, such as the Grey headed Gulls, White winged black Terns, African skimmers, Morning Dove, Water Dikkops, Great white and Pink-Backed Pelicans, going through different communities and experiencing life on the shores of Kazinga Channel. Dinner and overnight at Katara Lodge or Mweya or Simba Safari Lodge depending on your budget. Day 2: Early morning at 7:00am we start the Queen Elizabeth Game drive to the northern parts of the Park. This is not only an area for excellent game viewing but also offers much to birders. Maajabu Uganda Safaris moves through this open grassland which supports large flocks of White and Abdims Stork as well as the spectacular Saddle Billed Stork during the migratory season. Raptors such as Brown Snake Eagle, Walberg Eagle, Bateleur, African harrier-hawk, Marsha Eagle and Grey Kestrel are represented. Contact our team to start planning your Uganda Safari with Maajabu.
